Raising awareness of vital healthcare initiatives and their global impact
We have worked with McKinsey & Company on a vast plethora of creative and strategic projects (campaigns have included social media, video, podcast, website, and email) over the last five years, with the objective of internally and externally raising awareness of the vital work being done within the healthcare sector globally, and the impact of this.

Raising awareness to give parents the pay they deserve
We created the End Parenting Poverty Campaign to raise Statutory maternity and paternity pay in the UK. In 2025, the SMP equates to £4.99 per hour for a full-time worker on 37.5 hours per week - approximately 59% less than the 2024 National Living Wage of £12.21 per hour for workers aged 21+, which has been set out to ensure a basic standard of living.

Strength & Style: A campaign that wears its heart on its sleeve
We partnered with fashion and lifestyle brand Monroe to bring their Strength & Style campaign to life — a bold, story-driven project celebrating real women and the power behind personal style. From creative direction to shoot production and campaign roll-out, we helped Monroe craft an emotionally resonant brand moment that elevated engagement, deepened community connection, and proved that style means more when it reflects the woman wearing it.

Advocating policy changes to protect children on social media
We are working closely with Ellen Roome, the bereaved mother of Jools, as well as a wider group of bereaved parents who have lost their children as a direct or indirect result of social media to lobby for vital safeguarding policy changes. Thanks to two viral videos, we secured 125,000 signatures within one week from all corners of the UK to ensure the campaign got to the next stage of discussion at Westminster.

Educating colleagues and clients on the 130-year heritage of a brand
As part of the RSA Insurance Group, we have collaborated with NIG and Farmweb (formerly part of Direct Line Group) on a contract basis for the past five years. Along with building and managing both brands digital presence and providing comprehensive hosting solutions, we also worked on a creative storytelling brand video for NIG to use at their major industry event and on their website. We also created a brand video for Farmweb.

Revolutionising the dialogue and equity for the female body
This visionary media platform project includes strategic brand development, visual asset and website creation, content creation, social media management, identifying advertising and editorial partnerships, and podcast development. There will also be ongoing R&D in this space.

Championing students juggling their exams with parenting
Empowering ACCA students who balance the demands of parenthood with exam success, this campaign provides essential data capture, awareness, support and resources to champion their resilience and dedication.

Creative campaign to highlight the critical importance of protecting our planet
We created a social campaign, comprising of illustrated infographics and compelling visual images and captions, to raise awareness of Schneider Electric’s latest impact survey report and its key findings. We have also strategised other campaigns to help raise awareness of their key objectives.

Changing the status quo for entrepreneurial parents through policy & community
This campaign includes strategic planning, campaign development, website development, social media management, digital data capture, community building, a live summit in London, brand partnerships, and lobbying for policy changes.

Strategic support to improve lives & empower all those with multiple sclerosis in the uk
Through workshops with key stakeholders and strategy development, we supported the team in reaching and uplifting as many people living with multiple sclerosis in the UK as possible. This initiative strengthened MS-UK’s mission to empower and improve lives.

Utilising the power of books to inspire young girls of their potential
We created the brand strategies and visual identity for this visionary new publishing house, along with the website and social content. We have also worked with its authors on the creative development of their books and marketing, PR and distribution campaigns both pre- and post- launch.

Using creativity to communicate effectively with a diverse community
We have worked with Colchester City Council on several multi-channel and comprehensive strategic communication projects, ranging from creatively raising awareness of their capital development works through street art, using poetry to encourage a post-Covid community back into public, and sharing the key strategic messages from their five-year-plan through a pop-up guerilla marketing campaign.
