Providing strategic consultation to develop a marketing strategy for a charity.

OBJECTIVE

Aphra’s audit on MS-UK identified which workshops would best suit the organisation’s needs to strengthen their marketing strategy. A series of workshops were conducted with key stakeholders, touching on Finding your Why and focussing on Creating a Customer and Standing out in the Market.

Strategy

The workshops took a deep dive into the audience for the organisation to frame their marketing strategy and communications going forward. Personas were created to put the customer first and front of mind for marketing communications. Market research, competitor and data analysis were conducted.

These workshops were followed up with a consultative review of the finalised Business Plan and a team training session on Content Creation and Analytics.

Impact

The outcome was a clear set of actionable key activities for the organisation to drive their marketing strategy for success.

We all enjoyed the session and it was a great starting point to get us on the same page. We are excited to get our plans completed and get going now.
